Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@pawfoodco.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
Custom Pet Portraits
How do I submit my pet's photo?
After placing your order, email your pet's photo to portraits@pawfoodco.com with your order number. Use a clear, well-lit photo for the best results.
How long do portraits take?
Custom portraits are completed and shipped within 5–7 business days after we receive your photo.
Can I get a preview before it ships?
Yes! We'll email you a digital proof before printing. You get one free revision.

Are your pet products safe?
Yes. All our pet products are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials and are tested for safety.
Where do your products ship from?
